About Us

Sopris Property Management is a full-service property management and real estate firm based in Carbondale, Colorado, serving owners from Rifle to Aspen. Founded in 2005 as a property maintenance company, we built our reputation on responsive service and strong local relationships. We manage single-family homes, apartments, condos, and townhomes, providing both long-term and short-term rental management. We do not manage HOAs, allowing us to focus exclusively on individual investment properties.
Our owner has been a licensed Realtor since 2017 and is an active real estate investor with a background in accounting and finance. We understand the importance of protecting your asset, maintaining cash flow, and delivering accurate, timely financial reporting.
Our services include marketing, showings, leasing, tenant screening, rent collection, inspections, tenant communication, owner statements, and a 24-hour maintenance hotline. For short-term rentals, we manage listings on all the major OTA platforms, guest communication, pricing optimization, cleaning coordination, reviews, and financial reporting.
