Property Care Manager

The Property Care Manager is a key leadership position responsible for ensuring Aspen Leisure Co.’s vacation rental properties consistently meet and exceed five-star standards. This hands-on role oversees day-to-day property operations, including regular inspections, maintenance coordination, vendor and contractor management, and new property onboarding. The Property Care Manager serves as the primary point of contact for homeowners regarding property care and standards while also leading, training, and developing a growing team of property maintenance technicians.

Working closely with internal teams, this role supports seamless guest experiences across the Roaring Fork Valley and plays an important part in building scalable systems and processes as the company continues to grow. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced hospitality environment that requires flexibility, collaboration, and a strong attention to detail.
