Class meets every Monday for six weeks
The class will meet once a week for 1.5 hours and each week will consist of fiscal and physical awareness, activity, education, and empowerment components!
35, 35, 20 35 minutes to focus on fitness and 35 minutes on finance (alternate weekly) and 20 minutes for call to action – what are you going to do differently in the week to come? Wear exercise clothes and shoes to class.
