Capturing Carbon: The Coal Basin Methane Project

The Coal Basin Methane Project is a multi-year effort to better understand the level of methane emissions escaping from the abandoned coal mines near Redstone, Colorado, and how to mitigate the emissions. Tara Stitzlein, Chief of Staff with CORE, and Chris Caskey, Founder of Delta Brick & Climate Company, will share an inside look at this groundbreaking effort to address one of the greatest contributors of greenhouse gas emissions in Pitkin County.
