Aikido Martial Arts for Kids ages 6-12

Aikido is a non-violent, Japanese martial art that translates as “the way of harmonizing life force energy.” Training helps develop confidence, discipline, flexibility, fitness, stress-relief, community and cooperation.

Our kids’ classes combine techniques, fundamental movement and fun games for ages 6-12. As they progress, kids are eligible to test for colored belts / ranks.
